1 Joseph Morgese appeals from the order of the circuit court that affirmed the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) affirming the revocation of his probation. He argues that the circuit court erred when it determined that the ALJs decision was supported by substantial evidence. Because we conclude that the evidence supported the decision to revoke his probation, we affirm.
